FINANCIAL AID

We encourage students who require financial assistance to please visit all major banking facilities to apply for a student study loan. Alternatively, contact education related finance service providers such as Eduloan. All of these service providers offer a range of financial aid products that could assist you in pursuing your dream.

The following types of financial aid are available to students:

DONOR BURSARIES

A donor provides funds to the Institute for the establishment of a bursary: Subject to specific requirements set by the donor; or without any specific requirements.

EQUIPMENT BURSARIES

Equipment bursaries are awarded to students based on Academic excellence and financial need. In the case of a student who has been awarded a donor bursary, the Institute may decide to issue an equipment bursary.

MERIT AWARDS

Merit awards are awarded on the basis of excellent academic merit. Merit awards are meant to reduce the amount of tuition fees a student has to pay. In some instances, such awards will cover the entire tuition fee; other awards will only provide for part of the costs.

BANK LOANS

Prospective learners can access learner loans via banking institutions. Although the organisation has no direct influence on loan applications, everything possible is done to ensure that learners have the relevant information in support of financial applications. Recognised financial institutions will, if certain requirements are met, provide study loans to students.
